三文魚蛪肉條疆絲粥

燒飯又要配菜加肉;
面食又要炒又要切... 好麻煩!
還是覺得吃粥方便而且又容易煮 :)
米量好水份就放進飯鍋裡燉煮,
把米煮爛後再加入材料, 鹽, 少許醬油, 麻油...
那就是簡簡單單的懶人餐了... 嘻嘻 :)

把粥煮得濃一些, 水份少一些, 那就比較耐飽囉 :)
